CLC offers a variety of socials skills development groups in multiple settings, including school, home, camps and at the CLC clinic. The groups are developed by a team of professionals including Teachers, Behaviorists, SLPs and OT specialists. Children are assessed and placed in an age and skill appropriate group.
All programs are developed and implemented based on the group’s individual and collaborative needs. Groups focus on activities including school playground sports and games, social pragmatics, social referencing, initiating and maintaining social interaction and more. Some groups include interaction with typically developing children.
